Spa Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing post-sales support
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless, jewelry, or electronics sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
