Bookkeeper / HR Office Admin.
A Custom Construction company seeks an experienced Bookkeeper / HR Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in AR/AP, Construction Accounting, Quickbooks, Office Organization, and general HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly Financial Processes and account reconciliations
- Manage vendor and client accounts
- Manage AR & AP
- Tax Preparation
- Produce weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
- Process Payroll
- Manage Workman's comp
- Manage onboarding/training for new employees
- Manager 401k and benefits
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in an Office Manager, HR, or Bookkeeping role
- Proficient with Quickbooks, Excel, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Enjoy working on a computer
- Orientation toward teamwork and collaboration
- Time management and personal accountability.
- Pride in quality of work.
Compensation:
- Salary $70k - $80k based on experience
- 401k and Health Benefits.
