Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to develop middleware and software solutions with manufacturers and related target markets in the audiovisual industry
  • Build and manage relationships with audiovisual manufacturers to address the need for compatibility with various control system platforms, software applications, and operating systems
  • Interface with internal technical team and clients to communicate needs and offer solutions
  • Represent the company on sales calls and project meetings to discuss relationships, opportunities, and project details
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings independently and with other staff members
  • Develop and maintain an organized approach to staying on top of tasks, requests, inquiries, and time sensitive needs
  • Be an ambassador for the company and promote our brand 
  • Contribute to marketing messaging
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and client requests
  • Create and manage proposals
  • Follow up on and track leads and opportunities 
  • Answer incoming calls and provide customer service
  • Support and interface with company President and Technical Operations Manager


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years work experience 
  • Computer and mobile device savvy with proficiencies in Microsoft Office and other common applications
  • Candidate should be an excellent communicator, outgoing and personable, self-motivated, detailed, organized, analytical, and a problem solver with the ability to balance coinciding commitments
  • Experience in the audiovisual or technical industry preferred
