We are a mid-sized PEO/Employee Leasing company based in Jacksonville, Florida, serving Florida, Georgia and Alabama. We are experts at providing PEO (payroll, HR, workers' comp) solutions for small to medium size companies, primarily in the blue and gray collar markets. Construction, industrial and hospitality businesses are a large part of our client base.
Position Summary
We are looking for highly-motivated, self-starting, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) sales professionals who can consistently close deals. Compensation includes a base salary residual commission. (Commissions are not capped). Training is provided. Sales efforts will be focused on outside sales with some telesales and other marketing strategies. Candidates must be highly mobile and expect to be in the field cold-calling 90% of the time. Client follow-ups and account maintenance are also involved once clients are on board.
Required Skills/Experience/Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- MS Office/Outlook/Adobe experience is extremely helpful.
- PEO/ASO/Insurance sales experience is preferred. Prior outside sales experience is required.
- Excellent presentation/communication skills required
- Daily travel within our territory is required.
