## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team!
## Duties
- Assist the in daily operations and decision-making processes
-you will also be required to travel, train new employees & start accounts or fill in ( this is not often & no more than an hours an half away)
Regular schedule could start as early as 5 a.m & some days could end as late as 7:30 p.m .weekends will start as early as 5 a.m an end no later than 12:00 p.m
## Requirements
- Previous experience operating a floor scrubber(is a plus not required)
-Dependable transportation meaning your own car
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff
-Must work well alone when needed
- Excellent organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently
-Dependable car to travel to start new accounts & train cleaners when needed
-Must be able to be flexible to come in when cleaners don't show.
- Must be able to handle customer complaints quickly
-Must be able to have a flexible schedule & work when needed(mornings & or afternoons)
-Must be detailed oriented
-your own working cell phone with internet (no text now apps or wifi only, )
-Dependable childcare
-pass background check & drug screens
-honest & Dependable
-on time for shifts
-Pay starts out $8.50 an hour Raise in 30 days. 60 days, 90 days then yearly based on performance
