Overview
The Departmental Training Clerk at Cook Incorporated is responsible for the department's training needs, documentation and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Help create / maintain matrix of training needs• Work with others to determine the criteria for the training need• Assign training to employees• Record / update training completed and ensures the department is trained to correct and updated documentation• Audit files on a regular basis to ensure completed documentation• Support and participate in training content to ensure training is effective• Must be able to work variable work shifts in order to meet the demands of the position• Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth• Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required• Familiarity with Cook products, and proficiency in Cook production methods, documentation and quality systems preferred• Knowledge of computer software and applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel required
Physical Requirements:
• Works under general office environmental conditions• Sits for extended periods, utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers, etc.• Proper attire/clothing and personal protective equipment/clothing as required within Controlled Production Areas• Moderate exposure to noise level in the work environment that is moderate to occasionally loud
