Our Restaurant Managers are hands on managers, working side by side with the team strengthening teamwork and customer service, creating an amazing visit for every customer. We are seeking managers at all levels with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced environment. Our managers need to be able to run all aspects of running a high-volume restaurant business. They need to have proven success of coaching and training a large team. The PMGM role is extremely important to the overall success of the business and therefore is rewarded greatly for the success of the business. PMGM's do not start work before 4:45pm and are responsible for successfully coaching the night crew 4 shifts per week.
Requirements include:
- 1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus)
- Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
- Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to multitask
- Experience meeting/exceeding targeted standards including food, labor, paper cost through effect planning and training of team
- 4 shifts per week starting at 4:45pm
- Successfully coach and lead night crew on 4 night shift per week
Our Management benefits include:
- Salary/Compensation $55,000 - $80,000
