What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Cookies and Cream LLC?
We currently operate 10 stores across the Southeast. We are looking for a Regional Manager to reside in the Birmingham area to oversee our locations in 7 states.
Our Regional Managers are responsible for the following:
- Cultivate sales and expense control for the stores within the market
- Grassroots marketing experience is important
- Establish and foster strong relationships with management and associates to drive sales
- Conduct regular field visits within region to ensure excellence
- Directly engage in all recruiting and talent assessment for store level management
- Actively coaching and managing the performance of Store Managers. Provides support to them in training their teams
- Traveling is required for this position
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years multi-unit restaurant management level experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
