Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization
- Collaborate with HR to identify job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and applications to screen and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
- Conduct in the development of training for new hires and employee orientation sessions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role - Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team- Experience in succession planning, training development, or lead generation is a plus- Experience with cold calling or other proactive sourcing methods is a plus- employee-may be required to perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
