Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. seeks a confident, hard-working, self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills for a management position with varied administrative and general business responsibilities.


The Office Manager position has decision-making authority and management/oversight responsibility for the following functions, including direct supervision of ~15 staff members:

    • Human Resources
    • Benefits administration
    • Policy creation and enforcement
    • Billing
    • Accounts Payable
    • Legal secretaries
    • Marketing
    • File Room
    • Copy Center
    • Office building and garage


Relating to the above function, the Office Manager will be the go-to resource for all 75 employees. Additionally, the Office Manager will be asked to manage various one-time projects.


This is a primarily in-office position, with some flexibility to work remotely on occasion. Generous pay and benefits are available to the right candidate. Total compensation package largely dependent on candidates’ qualifications and experiences.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years business experience
  • 5 years in direct management
  • Professional Services experience (preferred)
