Job Posting for Orthodontic Receptionist at Coolsmiles Orthodontics

We are looking for an extremely warm, friendly, and responsible front desk receptionist. This is a fast pace office with a fun and exciting team. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the team for many years. Job duties include answering phones, checking patients in, scheduling and coordinating lunches for Doctors. The position is Monday-Friday and the hours are 9-6 pm, when the last patient leaves. Wednesdays are 1-6:30. This position will be primarily for out Port Jefferson office, and will require occasional time in the Medford office.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
