Your Impact
- Driving new sales growth, identifying catering opportunities by promoting our services to the community and instore guests
- Delivering remarkable events, utilizing your catering team and representing the brand through being a positive influence and executing operational excellence
- Developing a catering team, identify, train and organize a team to help with deliveries, catering operations, and promotions
- Organizing & nurturing customer database, finding key ways to nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background Profile
- 1 year of catering or sales experience
- Must work well within an autonomous environment
- Self-starter that’s goal driven
- Passionate about building relationships with guests
- Strong organization and project management skills
