The HR Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of personnel records of hourly and salary employees in the Findlay Plant. This person will make additions and deletions to these records as information becomes available. This person will also be responsible for maintaining SAP Human Resource Management System for the Findlay Plant and will coordinate the transfers, removal from payroll, hires, etc for the Findlay Plant. Good communication skills is key for this position. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in all areas of HR when/where needed.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Prior HR experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or bachelor's degree
  • Prior SAP experience
  • Experience in a Union Factory environment a plus
