Copeland Chevrolet is looking to hire Phone & Internet Sales Consultant to join our Chevrolet Business Development Center (BDC)!

A Internet Sales Specialists is the first person most customers come in contact with when they are seeking out a new or pre-owned vehicle. You will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, Internet leads, web site chats, and more. Additionally, you will be setting sales appointments performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming email leads, phone leads, and chat leads
  • Perform long-term follow-up with all unsold sales customers
  • Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Assist customers online with our Digital Retailing Platform
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-motivation
  • Basic understanding of web based software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive to hit appointment and sales goals
  • Energetic and outgoing personality that is not afraid to talk to customers
