A Internet Sales Specialists is the first person most customers come in contact with when they are seeking out a new or pre-owned vehicle. You will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls, Internet leads, web site chats, and more. Additionally, you will be setting sales appointments performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
We have been family owned and operated in Brockton, MA since 1970. Copeland Chevrolet is here to serve our customers with a full line of new and pre-owned vehicles. We take pride in helping our customers find the vehicle that is right for them. Our new state-of-the-art facility is located directly off Route 24 on the Easton line by Stonehill College. - Handle all incoming email leads, phone leads, and chat leads
- Perform long-term follow-up with all unsold sales customers
- Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Assist customers online with our Digital Retailing Platform
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Self-motivation
- Basic understanding of web based software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Drive to hit appointment and sales goals
- Energetic and outgoing personality that is not afraid to talk to customers
