We are a seeking a Logistics Maintenance System and Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus on Air Logistic Complex (ALC) maintenace systems. This person will work, independently, collaboratively, and/or under direct supervision, with various organizational and projects stakeholders to help define, design, develop and implement processes and practices to support a large-scope Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capability for the Air Force depot maintenance community.
Responsibilities
- Work with business users and customers to analyze and document evolving business requirements
- Promote and ensure that business requirements are understood by Functional Management Office (FMO) team members across multiple locations, customers, local management levels, and other team members
- Collaborative in team environment to define, design, and implement processes, and practices to support ERP implementation
- Perform as a legacy system Subject Matter Expert responsible for functional analysis, solutioning and implementation
- Lead efforts to apply technology to solve complex implementation issues and RICEW development
- Collaborate with product owners and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient and supportable solutions
- Analyze business reported functional issues and assist cross functional teams with solution, testing and deployment of fixes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level
- Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Qualifications
- Education:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize duties based on shifting demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- At least three plus (3 ) years of work experience in Air Force logistics preferably at an ALC
