What you will do:
- Consistently prepare dishes to a high standard.
- Follow instruction, and desire to improve upon service.
- Use proper portioning techniques.
- Understand food being called by an expeditor, and keep organized.
- Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
