As a Director, Digital Marketing at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for leading Corcentric's digital presence and ensuring that all digital initiatives align with the organization's goals and objectives.

As a Director, Digital Marketing, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with Corcentric's overall business objectives and vision.
- Overseeing website management, ensuring they user experience, search engine, and lead generation optimization.
- Leading a team of digital professionals responsible for website development, content creation, social media management, and digital advertising.
- Defining, implementing, and reporting on key performance metrics for all digital initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives with broader marketing and business strategies.
- Staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, as well as identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
- Managing relationships with external partners, including digital agencies, vendors, and technology providers.
- Driving continuous improvement in all areas of digital marketing, website management, and metrics, striving for excellence and delivering outstanding results.
You'll need to have:
- 10 years' experience in digital marketing, website management, and digital strategy
- In-depth knowledge of Wordpress web experiences, Google analytics and Google algorithms.
- Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing best practices, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), social media, content marketing, and digital advertising, along with a deep understanding of performance metrics and benchmarks.
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding quantitative and qualitative results in digital marketing and website management
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a team of digital marketing professionals
- Outstanding analytical skills, with experience developing, implementing, and communicating key performance metrics including website traffic, user behavior, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Proficiency with relevant analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decision to improve performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- A strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and back-end performance accelerators, with the ability to analyze and navigate technical issues and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical professionals.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Magento in order to effectively manage websites, publish content, and manage user access and permissions.
- A strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to ensure that web experiences are user-friendly, visually appealing, and easy to navigate
- Demonstrable experience leveraging A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of different website designs, layouts, and content
- Experience with applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology (such as Chat GPT) to optimize processes and outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar; equivalent experience may be considered

- Master's degree in relevant study
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing and website management, such as Google analytics certifications
- Relevant industry experience with a business to business (B2B) company offering Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) financial technology solutions to global, enterprise customers
