Core Crew is looking for a Recruiter to join their growing team!
Core Crew is a division of United Group Services and is an industrial labor broker located in Cincinnati. We connect safety- conscious, highly skilled workers with rewarding careers. The Core Crew family is comprised of pipe welders, pipe fitters, millwrights, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and project managers to serve clients throughout the U.S.

The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting high quality construction workers to staff a variety of construction job site requirements.
A recruiter must place workers with the intention to keep them with continuous employment on multiple sites. Recruiters are expected to hire workers that embody our Core Values of Quality, Safety, and Service.
Job Duties Include:
1. Identify and source skilled construction workers through various channels, including the Core Crew database, online job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' construction skills, experience, and compatibility with company Core Values of Safety, Quality and Service.
3. Verify professional references and certifications to ensure the quality and reliability of potential hires.
4. Work closely with construction project managers and supervisors to understand staffing needs and requirements for each project.
5. Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and discuss potential candidates with hiring teams.
6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified construction workers for current and future projects.
7. Regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current candidate information.
8. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the construction industry.
9. Showcase the company's commitment to employee development, safety, and a positive work environment.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the construction industry.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in construction workforce recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction roles, skills, and certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Pay: $41,280.00 - $53,664.00 per year
