Job Summary
This position will perform diagnostic, maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plant which includes mills, conveyors, screens and like systems.

Job Summary
This position will perform diagnostic, maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plant which includes mills, conveyors, screens and like systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform component diagnostic, replacement and repairs on crushers, overlaying conveyor systems, hydraulic filter presses ball mills, lube systems, auto mills, screen decks, compressors, filter drums, foundry pumps etc.
- Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance and identify potential failures/noises/wear on belts, pulleys, gear boxes etc.
- Train and mentor other employees
- Make decisions regarding equipment repair
- Perform welding (Stick, Tig)
- Operate equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, pneumatic air tools, and small mobile equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Mill mechanical/maintenance or a combination of education and experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance
- Able read and use schematics and blueprints
- Time management skills
- Completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists)
