What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Core Property Management?
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations, including; leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations.
- Market and lease available units, conduct property tours, and process applications.
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with maintenance staff.
- Executing lease agreements and renewals..
- Maintain accurate records of property activities and resident interactions.
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency, following established procedures.
- Maintain and update physical tenant files and software.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient in using computer software programs for data entry and document management
