As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for:
As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting clients and guests entering the building.
- Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for clients and guests.
- Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting clients or guests with transportation and luggage.
- Knowing the building facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and clients.
- Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Discreet, ethical and committed
- Ability to act with integrity and dependability at all times.
- Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving excellence, down to the smallest of details.
- Maintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility both within and outside one's job domain, and accept constructive feedback from leadership as provided.
- English proficiency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
