What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at Core4ce?
Core4ce is hiring an HR Generalist to join the team. This position is one of the primary day-to-day faces of HR to the company staff. Two primary areas of tasking include the effective daily administration of employee questions and information dissemination via the HR inbox, and the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees to and from the company. The position is also responsible for the accurate collection and data record maintenance as it relates to employee acknowledgements, training, and employee life cycle.
- Perform Employee On-Boarding and Off-boarding processes, ensuring compliance to all company policies, local, state and government regulations as part of the onboarding process.
- Conduct new employee orientation to educate staff on procedures, policies, and practices
- Maintain accurate, up-to date, complete personnel records within HRIS and SharePoint
- Review, approve and audit employee personnel action requests. Maintain and utilize HRIS system to track employee employment changes
- Communicate information regarding applying for leaves of absences ensuring employees are properly notified of rights and responsibilities, benefits, pay, and approval status in accordance with state and federal leave and disability laws
- Give input to the development of Human Resources programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
