Position Overview:
CoreLife is an innovative and rapidly expanding multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare company with unique opportunities for Dietitians. As a Clinical Dietitian in CoreLife, you will assess patients' nutritional needs, develop personalized diet plans, and provide ongoing nutrition counseling. Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, Health and Fitness Trainers, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. You will also be involved in educating patients, conducting nutrition research, and contributing to the development of nutritional programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional needs through medical history evaluation, dietary analysis, and physical examinations.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on the patient's medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to establish integrated treatment plans and ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications.
- Evaluate and effectively explain a patient’s body composition analysis and metabolic testing results.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to diet plans as needed.
- Conduct nutrition research and stay up-to-date with the latest scientific findings in the field of dietetics.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of nutritional care protocols and guidelines.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by relevant regulatory bodies and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Effectively utilize counseling techniques to inspire patients to continue to take steps towards better health and work to hold themselves accountable.
Education:
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree from an accredited institution with a major in Foods and Nutrition including completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship with eligibility to take the Registered Dietitian examination with the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
Licensure/Certification/Affiliation:
- Candidates must be Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Licensed by the appropriate state
- Current CPR

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional medical office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
The job may require travel up to 25% of the time within the nearby surrounding area to help provide coverage when and if needed.
