What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Clerical position at Corepay?
Seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Duansburg, NY area. The position can be full time or part time depending on the candidate, salary should fall around $20/hr.
Duties:
- Learn our online auction program.
- Ability to prepare contracts and real estate documents that would be used in our industry.
- Answer phones.
- Good customer service skills.
- Willing to occasionally travel within NY for a day or two to trade shows or auction sites.
- Bookkeeping skills. (Quick Books knowledge)
- Willing to work either Monday, Wednesday and Friday or full-time. 40 - hours weekly.
- Fluent computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Real Estate License would be a huge plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
