Our client is seeking a Program Coordinator for an onsite role in Portland, OR!

Details:

• $24 - $25 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract - through the end of 2024. Possibility of extension
• Schedule: Hybrid - in office Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Located in Portland, OR

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience as a Program Coordinator
• Scheduling and calendar management, MS project experience, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience GiS, and Google maps a plus.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within project management.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Operates independently but also received guidance and direction from others.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving ability.
• Utility/Charging/EV Experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operations of a transportation electrification program that is focused on providing equitable, reliable, and affordable charging in underserved communities.
• Uses attention to detail to research and review data in order to find optimal charging locations.
• Coordinates projects with customers and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
• Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
• Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
• Coordinates project with external customers as well as internal cross-functional departments.
