Opportunity for an experienced legal assistant to work with two of the top female trial attorneys
to help bring justice to our severely injured clients. We represent cases involving catastrophic injuries, sexual abuse, civil rights violations, and defective products.

We are seeking candidates with:
7 to 10 years of litigation experience, including trials and preferably with a history of working on behalf of plaintiffs.
The responsibilities of the position include:
Legal filing in state and federal courts
Assistance with drafting pleadings
Assistance with discovery, preparation for trials and handling client calls.
Due to the fast past environment, efficiency, organization, attention to detail, ability to prioritize
duties and a positive attitude are a must.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Technologically savvy including proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with federal and state codes of civil procedure and litigation processes.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Resourceful and proactive in dealing with internal and external issues.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Ability to negotiate and problem solve.
