What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise Agile Coach position at Corewell Health?
- Builds, leads and develops approach to organizational agility to drive impact, deliver results, and improve value across the enterprise through the use of analysis, design, development, testing and management.
- Serves as a senior level expert in utilizing Agile framework and practices to conceptualize ideas and deliver valued solutions. Coaches and advises executive and senior level management as they prepare their teams for Enterprise Agility adoption including SAFe, LPM and value-based funding models. Coaches multiple teams through complex situations to achieve greatest level of efficiency in applying Agile values, principles, frameworks, and approaches. Proactively identifies areas for improvement and develops training sessions and workshops.
- Oversight and development of training content material as needed for workshops, training, and team coaching sessions. Ability to deliver scaled agile framework classes (i.e. Leading SAFe, Scrum Master, POPM, SAFe for Teams).
- Coaching Scrum Masters at all levels on collaboration and backlog creation and prioritization.
- Drive the organization-wide Agile adoption strategy and rollout of strategic execution plans. Sustains Enterprise Agility and continuously develops strategies for improvement.
- Acts as a role model for change, transition, learning, and growth.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the Enterprise Agile program and scrum teams, serve as an escalation for impediment removal for the Lead Scrum Masters and scrum teams, as well as hands-on role in consultative capacity help raise and solve complex impediments.
- Provides feedback to management at all levels regarding the progress of Agile transformations. Will lead the overall sustainment and improvement of the Enterprise framework and practices.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 10 years of relevant experience in the field
- CRT - SAFe Release Train Engineer, Certified (RTE) within 180 Days of hire Or
- CRT - Adv ScrumMaster, Certified within 180 Days of hire Or
- CRT - SAFe Program Consultant, Certified (SPC) within 180 Days of hire
Preferred
- Master's Degree or equivalent
- 15 years of relevant experience in the field
- Working in a large Agile organization applying Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe or Lean
- Experience facilitating and delivering workshops and training in Scrum and Kanban
- CRT - Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute
