What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Time Reporting Analyst position at Corewell Health?
This position will serve to maintain the Corewell Health Physician Time Reporting requirements for physicians employed full time or part time by Corewell Health. Prepare and distribute ad hoc departmental reports as requested. Monitor Physician reporting activity and the respective necessary approvals. Prepare reports for Physician & Executive Leadership. Ensure that Corewell has sufficient information to comply with CMS Reporting requirements & ensure the arrangement between physicians & Beaumont comply with all federal and/or state laws & regulations, guidance and directives. Assist other team member(s) working with other MediTract modules. Work under the direction of Director of Finance.
Essential FunctionsAnalyze to ensure physicians have documented for either a full work week per month ("Monthly Time Study") or complete a weekly time report ("Weekly Time Report").
Coordinate with Director detailed list of those out of compliance to determine next actions.
Prepare reports for internal use and as requested by other departments; ie Physician Contracting, documenting time reported by physicians employed full time or part time by Beaumont Health.
Per Sites Fiscal Year schedule, prepare report for supporting documentation to be provided to Reimbursement for Cost Reporting - CMS needs.
Interacts with Physicians and Physician Leadership to ensure compliance and integrity in MediTract as it relates to the Physician Time Reporting Policy.
Assist Director with projects and reports as requested.
Required Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology.
