We are looking for an Office Manager to be *The Face of Corin” Raynham, MA site, our US head office. You will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources for the US and support the US leadership team in scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and other general administrative responsibilities. As well running the office effectively and efficiently, ensuring all our employees have a great place to work in and our customers and our global internal people feel welcomed and comfortable when they come on site.

The key responsivities of the Office Manager include;
- Support the day-to-day responsibilities for the building, Senior Leader Team, visitors, and vendors
- Provide administrative support to President of US business with travel, calendar management and expense processing and Senior Director of US HR on various projects
- Streamline administrative processes for optimal oversight of multiple departments
- Serve as key point of contact for the Raynham office including meeting and greeting customers, dealing with vendors, maintenance, mail services and other office suppliers.
- Monitor office machines and systems and problem-solve issues as needed (copiers, appliances, conference room set-ups)
- Maintain inventory of necessary office supplies: order supplies as needed, fulfill special requests when needed
- Manage and continuously improve office operations, department communications, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee overall general office upkeep including kitchen: stocking, cleaning, and functioning
- Liaise with Sales, Clinical, R&D, Marketing, and other remote functions as the crucial resource in the Raynham office
- Plan and prepare for large scale team events on site, activities and meetings, Volunteer Days (support Marketing with: BOD, ELT, training events)
- Create solid working relationships with others within the global organization
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned for departments when needs arise
Requirements
The ideal Office Manager for Corin will have / be
- A Bachelor’s Degree. strongly preferred
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in a medium to large matrix office environment
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrator supporting C level Executives
- Microsoft Office: expertise in Word, Power Point and proficient with Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skills
- Highly internally and externally customer focused
- Organized and has very effective time management skills
- A self-starter who is process driven, a logical and independent thinker and able to proactively address needs
- Professional and able to respect and handle confidential information
- Flexible, accommodating, and versatile
- Anticipate and be proactive about documentation requirements
