Medical or Dental experienced strongly preferred.
We use Eaglesoft practice management software.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet patients warmly and politely.
- Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
- Verify insurance information and complete insurance intake form.
- Answer insurance questions.
- Provide patients with a variety of services such as: scheduling appointments, answering procedure related questions, delegating calls to the correct personnel, understanding billing basics
- Operate dental office equipment including: phones, computers, copiers, printers and fax machines, web based applications, credit card machines.
- Keep the front desk & reception area clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
