Cornell University, a nationally ranked Ivy League institution, is looking for an Application Specialist to join the Alumni Affairs & Development (AAD) division in Ithaca, NY.

As an AAD Application Specialist, your primary responsibility is to become the division’s expert on core AAD systems and how they are used to support the division’s fundraising and engagement mission. You will apply key skills in the areas of technical support, data and business analysis, as well as training to support the division in the use and evolution of the systems for which they are responsible. Systems assigned may include Anthology Encompass, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Perceptive Content, Perceptive Content Composer, and/or PeopleSoft Contributor Relations.
Over the next few years, AAD will undergo a transformational effort to modernize our technology ecosystem and the Application Specialist will play a key role in providing subject matter expertise for their systems and will also have the opportunity to learn and support new fundraising and engagement systems.
