This is a remote work opportunity with eCornell's Enterprise Team. eCornell delivers online professional certificate programs to individuals and organizations around the world. Our Corporate Enrollment team has the opportunity to provide strategic support to organizations investing in their employees, and we are looking for Casual Learning Consultant Assistants to work alongside us!
- Enter data in Destiny for client contract management
- Support LC projects such as reporting
- Work closely with potential students to provide clarity on eCornell course enrollment
- Respond to general inquiries from interested students via phone and email
- Use Salesforce and Destiny for data management, outreach, and follow-up.
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: What we need:
- Attention to detail for accuracy in data entry.
- An excellent communicator - both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain ethical work practices as well as confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and being part of a fun team.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn.
- Experience conducting sound research.
- An individual with an active LinkedIn account.

This position is remote, which means you can be located anywhere within the U.S.
