What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk position at Cornerstone Bank - ND/SD?
Cornerstone Bank is looking to fill an IT Help Desk position. This position can be located at any of our Cornerstone Bank locations. This individual is responsible for supporting internal team members with daily computer activities and issues. Job responsibilities include answering Help Desk calls, working on tickets, and assisting team members when they run into issues. Essential skills include: excellent customer service and verbal/written communication, multitasking, ability and willingness to learn new applications and processes, team work, troubleshooting, and problem solving. Hours for this position are 9 AM to 6 PM. Travel as needed is required. An Associate's Degree or 2 years of IT/Computer or call center related customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required.
