Credit Card Fraud Analyst

Our client, a well-established federal credit union is looking to hire analytical individuals with strong attention to detail for a credit card fraud analyst, contract position.

Experience working in banking, preferably fraud, or other types of financial services support is ideal. Ideally seeking individuals with an associates bachelor’s degrees.

Overview Of The Credit Card Fraud Analyst

Will create & enter new fraud cases, working alongside management and a 3rd party credit card vendor to research all necessary information to research & resolve fraudulent activity.

May be limited interactions with members but will be a small percentage of the duties.

Duties of the Credit Card Fraud Analyst

Research and review reportsRespond to email box questionsCreation of casesReview requests for escalationsWork casesComplete charge off reversalsMember contact if required to complete task

Compensation of the Credit Card Fraud Analyst

$19 / hr. based on exp.

Hours & Job Length of the Credit Card Fraud Analyst

Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM6-12-month, contract role.Training will be 100% onsite for 6 weeks. After training 50% WFH - 50% onsite.

This is subject to change at client’s discretion!

Experience and Skills for the Credit Card Fraud Analyst

Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree required Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirements!2 years of experience in financial services in banking, or similar jobs highly desiredFraud experience preferredMust have strong attendanceMS OfficeStrong detail-orientationInvestigative SummariesSAR experience preferredOFAC experience preferred
