Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Cary, NC
Schedule: Monday through Friday; must be able to work a 8hr shift between 8am-8pm EST.
Training schedule is 9a-7pm EST for 6 weeks
Primary work schedule 11:30am-8pm
Once training is complete official work schedule will be given
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls to address non-clinical questions about prescription status or financial information.
Manage calls to arrange medication deliveries and payments, ensuring accurate customer information for timely package delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff for quick resolution.
Update progress notes to keep team members informed about referral status.
Use the management system to answer questions about refills, prescription status, insurance, and invoices.
Address patient questions during refill scheduling and transfer them to the clinical team (pharmacists and nurses) when needed.
Report any adverse events or product complaints to clinicians to ensure patient safety.
Perform other duties as needed, depending on team or program requirements.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required
1 year Call Center/Customer Service experience; familiar with medical terminology; Pharmacy experience, a plus
Strong professional and empathetic verbal and written communication skills
