Job purpose
This position will oversee all aspects of client accounts receivable, billing and collections for Coronis . This position will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations and Sales as well as with offshore operational departments to achieve company standards.
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead and set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s goals.
- Monitor and streamline processing of invoices and escalation process of past due invoices.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Establish key Metrics reports to identify performance of Account Receivable department and drive process improvements using these metrics.
- Lead monthly meetings with Operations (Client managers), Sales and Finance to review client’s A/R trending and ensure proper steps are being taken towards resolution of issues.
- Document A/R processes and workflows
- Ability to work independently and also take direction from others
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience in an Accounts Receivable function..
- Effectively interprets and analyzes all available data and reports and works with Managers to implement action plans to achieve optimum results
- Detailed oriented
- Experience with NetSuite a plus.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals both internal and external of varying levels of authority
- Advanced/Expert level skills with Windows based software, primarily MS Excel
Physical Requirements
Physical ability to sit, talk, hear for extended periods throughout the work day; stand, walk, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on a regular to seldom basis. Repetitive hand motions on a frequent basis including fingering, grasping and handling. Ability to read handwritten and typed documents on paper and/or on computer screens. Ability to lift or carry object weighing up to 20 lbs.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
