```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Limousine and Bus Dispatcher to join our team. As a Customer Service Rep and Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching chauffeurs to various locations for passenger transportation needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely, efficient, and professional customer service communication for transportation services provided to our executive clientele.
```Duties:```
- Receive transportation requests from customers via phone and email
- Gather necessary information such as customer location, pick up time, and details regarding their transportation needs.
- Schedule and dispatch chauffeurs to varoius locations such as, but not limited to, local airports (FLL,MIA, PBI), Cruise ports (Port Everglades and Port of Miami), Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, and all local sporting events based on thier availability and proximity'
- Monitor chauffeur progress and update customers on estimated arrival times
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure they have the necessary equipment and materials for each job
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns regarding transportation requests
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in passenger transportation management is preferred
- Proven experience in dispatching chauffeurs or similar role
- Familiarity with phone systems and dispatch software (Limowiz)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Limousine and Bus Service is a plus
- Experience with taking Hotel Reservations for transportation
