Here’s what you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Client Care Manager at our Westbury, NY location, the ideal Client Care Associate will bring their customer service skills and experience to (but not limited to):
· Answer incoming client calls, take and process orders, and support ACD/Chatlines for prompt intake of orders, inquiries, complaints and client requests
· Assist clients and related departments with order tracking and shipping information, supporting all departments/teams with the order fulfillment cycle, including all order/service-related communications
· Generate order forms in collaboration with Sales Dept. for accounts use of new order submittal
· Arrange service calls and problem-solve client issues
· Research/confirm missed shipments, refusals, mis-picks and returns, along with maintenance of client contact information integrity within the order database.
· Maintain open lines of pre-emptive communications pertaining to credit issuance/validation, backorders, missed stops, today’s install, service calls on hold and accounts in collections status.
· Maintain organized COI department files, updated special handling territory portfolios and auto weekly, biweekly and monthly water tracking account calendars.
· Monitor top 30 account order history for daily outreaches in securing orders.

What Else?
· You’ll need a minimum of 1 Year Call Center Customer Service experience (in a refreshment and/or office supply is a plus).
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to follow instructions.
· Exhibit excellent professionalism and telephone etiquette with clients, managers and team members
· Ability to resolve low-priority issues without supervision.
· Eagerness to continually increase your knowledge and understanding of Corporate Coffee Systems products, their functionality and use.
· Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
· High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, and comfortable working individually and in a team environment.
· We offer a great opportunity and potential for additional commission-based compensation.
· Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. If you can start in August, you’ll be in time to enjoy our Summertime schedule/hours, allowing an early close on Fridays!
