What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Corporate Insight?

The Office Manager oversees the everyday operations throughout the office, assisting the Vice President of Operations, along with the Sales and Research teams. The role will focus on administrative support, data management, outbound mailings, reception tasks and more. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to balance various projects to help the mission of CI.

Responsibilities:


  • Support sales reps in outbound client/prospect communication efforts
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Office Management with copy, printing, scanning, shipping and data entry
  • Arrange and coordinate participation of trade show attendance, including registration, printing and shipping of conference materials
  • Update and maintain conference room calendars as well as hoteling of particular workstations
  • Process incoming mail and office deliveries/process and manage outbound mail and parcels
  • Manage/maintain office supplies and ensure that staff needs are met
  • Assist the research team in maintaining panelist data
  • Assist the Employee Success Manager with interview scheduling and coordination


Experience and Skills:


  • Prior experience in a Database environment - AA/AS work experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word (experience with Pivot Tables is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
  • Self-starter with effective organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; professional and courteous demeanor
