Full job description Corporate Mechanical provides HVAC service and Plumbing throughout the Twin Cities area. We’re seeking a highly motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by delivering prompt, complete, and accurate proposals to our existing and prospective customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Inside Sales Duties Include:
Foster positive professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
Focus on continuous sales growth and increased customer satisfaction.
Serve as point of contact for high volume house accounts
Generate accurate and complete sales proposals
Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
Work with Account Managers and field personnel, provide assistance by generating quotes and helping with equipment and material procurement.
Maintain organization and follow up with customers and members of the team.
Assist in management of accounts as opportunities arise. Help identify Outside Sales opportunities and follow-up to ensure that each lead is transitioned to a Project Manager
Identify issues that will require follow up. Includes gathering information from Field Personnel for repair quotes and project opportunities
Assist in resolving customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure safety practices are followed on jobs and quote work with this in mind.
Qualifications
3years experience with MS Office I Excel I Word.
Qualified candidates work in a team office environment.
Two years minimum Inside Sales experience is preferred with a consistent track record working with Outside Sales and managing accounts with a team approach
Excellent written and communication skills
Experience in generating new and maintaining existing business.
Demonstrate ability to consistently meet deadlines
Demonstrate problem solving and negotiating skills
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Be an enthusiastic and confident communicator. Excellent verbal, written communication and active listening skills required
Demonstrate ability to anticipate and solve customer issues with a sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to follow through, manage multiple accounts and provide sales support.
Self-starter, self-motivated and consistent performer at a high level
