Job Description

Title: Brand Manager, Parkhurst

Location: CSC/Hybrid

Reports to: Director of Marketing, Parkhurst

Purpose:

As a Brand Manager, Parkhurst you are responsible for driving guest engagement and brand affinity for Parkhurst Dining through effective marketing strategies and implementation of go-to-market site-level tools and templates. This role is also the primary Corporate Marketing liaison to Field Marketing, ensuring brand programs and campaigns are resonating with guests and client partners and meeting established KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing campaigns, events, programming tools, and templates that drive guest engagement and brand affinity for Parkhurst site-level use with supporting KPIs to measure success of each initiative at the site and brand level as determined by each initiative.
  • Leads the development and deployment of the Monthly Marketing Guide, collaborating with Channel Management, Visual Manager and Product Marketing Manager to ensure activities, promotions, tools, and templates are adequately represented for seamless execution at the site level.
  • Serves as the liaison between Parkhurst Marketing Department and Field Marketing, guiding on brand marketing strategies, evaluating plan effectiveness, and stimulating idea-sharing efforts to ensure the Parkhurst brand is resonating with guests and clients.
  • Leads the guest feedback initiative to ensure Parkhurst is in continuous communication with our guests and key stakeholders, garnering real-time feedback and utilizes insights to ensure we are delivering on our brand objectives and adjusts the marketing plan accordingly.
  • Drives marketing strategy around Parkhurst branded programs, partnering with departmental and operational subject matter experts in wellness, local sourcing and culinary to effectively tell the Parkhurst story.
  • Collaborates with both Brand Development and Channel Management pillars on building brand awareness and affinity within our dining locations.
  • Communicates and shares best practices with Parkhurst marketing community and Sales leadership.
  • Monitors market trends and engagement data, identifying opportunities for cultivating meaningful relationships and brand loyalty among new and existing guests.
  • Supports Director of Marketing in the development and execution of business and strategic plans to meet future needs and expectations for the brand.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition on marketing strategies around team member recruiting and retention.
  • Represents Marketing in new account openings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal and external.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally for integrated marketing projects.
  • Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & planning skills.
  • Self-motivated and strong ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.
