For certain roles at at this client, assignment is contingent upon the Employer of Record’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (meaning two weeks have passed after the last injection of Pfizer/Moderna or two weeks after receipt of the J&J). TRAINING SCHEDULE will be 7:30am - 4:30pm for 2 weeks.
Work days/hours: Work hours are between 7am - 6pm. 8 hour work schedule.
Onsite/virtual/hybrid: Hybrid - 1 day at the office (as of now), other 4 days virtual.
Position: Customer Care Specialist
A Customer Care Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with, placing new orders, providing status of existing orders, answering questions concerning availability of client products.
