Will be traveling to Waterbury a few days per week as well as a few days in ST Albans.
We are looking to add a Coordinator to our Ben & Jerry’s HR team. This Coordinator would be the primary aid to the site PEL in the daily tasking and implementation of the Human Resources departments global mission.

This person must be upbeat, positive, inquisitive and have a passion for helping others. This role will have HR responsibilities at both St. Albans & Waterbury manufacturing locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR COORDINATOR
- Payroll Assistance-Calculating, aid PEL/ Payroll team in authorizing and submitting retro payments.
- Workday reporting and analytics.
- Aid PEL in administration of healthcare benefits.
- Assist PEL in 401K and legacy retirement tracking and
- Leave & absence tracking.
- Asist PEL & HRBP in Human Resources agenda and strategic mission.
- Provide resources and support to employees in need.
- Assist PEL in daily tasking and HR functions.
- Aid in the appropriate processing of exiting employees.
- General personnel support and site Human Resources/ administrative functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree(preferred) or equivalent qualifying experience.
- Human Resources experience required.
- Upbeat, pleasant “people” person
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…etc.)
- Comfortable with Technology and familiarity with HRIS/ Payroll systems.
- Empathetic & Agile.
- Familiar with VT state labor laws.
- Familiar with VT state pay processing laws.
- Willingness to work a modified schedule and at both Manufacturing locations.
- Willingness to “Above and Beyond” in order to aid and provide the support needed to site personnel.
- Ability to stay on task and work independently on project assigned by the HRBP & PEL.
