Description:
Interacts with customers, vendors, and service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. Performs, as an experienced skilled worker, Customer Service support tasks that are mostly stated in general terms and that require own interpretation and some consultation from (senior) colleagues involved. Operates autonomously within existing procedures, methods and techniques that however need to be adapted because they are not fully sufficient to give direction on critical points. Deliver outstanding customer service and improve the MVS Purchased Services process to help retain current customer base and expand future clients.
Margin: Open operations to average no greater than 14 days. Through cost avoidance and cost mitigation, lower the overall operating expenses of MVS to achieve our margin target.
Compliance: PM Compliance at 95% or greater each month; Reduce open work orders to target: Comply with all MVS regulations and obtain appropriate approvals on all MV service dispatches.
Experience:
3 years professional experience.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Certifications if applicable.
Efficiently assign production to minimize company costs and meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor production process and implement process improvements.
Schedule the production process and production departments by material, employee and equipment availability.
