Description

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Business Data Steward to join our team in Johnston, Iowa.  In this role, you will coordinate daily activities to ensure the reliability, setup and usability of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools in the Seed Business Platform for Seed Production and Supply Chain.  You will communicate with regional teams to make sure issues and requests are being addressed and standards are being met.  Finally, you will work with the Run and Maintain teams to prioritize and manage the Incidents and Service Requests tied to the IBP Seeds Platform tools.
  
This role can accommodate a flexible work arrangement where you may work multiple days a week from home.  

Responsibilities:
How will you help us grow? 

• Coordinate regional status calls with Run and Maintain and Regional Teams.
• Coordinate with IT – Business Process Expert (BPE) to ensure issues are being address and future state plans are developed and aligned.
• Work to develop and advance a reporting strategy with the IT-BPE and make sure it’s aligned with Business Users needs
• Manage and coordinate all IBP configuration files as System Engineer and coordinate with all Control Users to make sure they have systems prepared for each season
• Participate with Business Data Stewardship (BDS) team in meetings and communication of plans and progress
• Provide knowledge and strategic input on all areas with BDS teams responsibility to improve and increase effectiveness
• Conduct Personal and Professional Development

Qualifications

Requirements:
What expertise have you grown?

• Two or four year degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills required (Excel and Access)
• Customer service skills and abilities
• Ability to work both in a team and independently

The following are preferred:
Experience with SAP
