Corteva Agrisciences is one of the leading agriculture companies in the world. Corteva Agriscience is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our US Digital CoE to deliver and optimize ad campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. This position oversees the execution and optimization of our growing digital media investment, working alongside our existing digital media team (Search and Social), external agencies and vendors overseeing back-end digital ad tech operations. This role reports to the US Web and Paid Engagement Leader.
Role will be based in Indianapolis, IN, or Johnston, IA.
Responsibilities:
How will you help us grow?
- Monitor daily budget pacing and analyze campaign results to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Write and execute ad copy, and work with cross-functional partners to develop optimal creative for paid search or paid social campaigns.
- Utilize media buying tools to effectively develop, manage and deliver digital advertising campaigns.
- Generate performance reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to stay on top of industry trends and integrate best practices in campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with Content, Creative, and Analytics teams to understand product marketing strategy, build and execute campaigns and evaluate results to ensure campaigns are delivering on goals and objectives.
- Assisting with additional digital marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
What expertise have you grown?
- 3 years' paid media experience in a data driven role, preferably at a company or agency.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Experience with reporting, developing dashboards and providing analysis across different paid media channels.
- Experience working with LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr Ads Module, Google Ads Platform and/or other relevant digital marketing and analytics software.
- Familiarity running tests and experiments on paid media and using test results to inform future tactics and strategy.
- Project management skills and a particular attention to detail.
- An eagerness to learn and develop as a digital marketer.
