Requirements:
-Active HHA certification in state of Illinois
-Previous Home Health experience preferred
-EMR KanTime experience is helpful.
-Bilingual preferred.
-Vaccination preferred.
This location has 8 hour day shift
Previous experience in a home health care and this position is a field position traveling to patients homes in the surrounding area.
-Surrounding areas are: Lake County and Cook county
This position is FT and exact pay rate DOE. Competitive pay along with benefits offered.
HHA certification required
-Previous experience in a home health care.
