Corwin Automotive Group's Service Department is seeking an energetic, up beat individual to join our growing and fast-paced Service Department. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
Hourly plus commission....
$2500 to $3000 plus depending on productivity.
Hour: 9AM to 6PM - working every other Saturday. When working Saturday assigned another day off during the week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls regarding service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to existing Service Customers to remind them of their vehicle recalls or upcoming service needs.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications:
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Impeccable attendance is important
