Aftermarket Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Understands industry, consumer, and category trends and translates those insights into actionable business recommendations to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement a clearly defined aftermarket parts strategy including market methodologies, stocking, delivery, and price.
- Increase sales & expand offerings of Corwin’s aftermarket products; leverage existing channels and explore future growth channels to market and distribute aftermarket parts.
- Professionally and effectively communicates with customers to understand needs, receive product feedback, and share product information.
- Create and execute aftermarket strategy and create the department’s annual budget.
- Work hand-in-hand with Parts, Service, Sales to develop sales programs and insure efficient installation and delivery.
- Develop seasonal, product focused, and time-limited special sales to both build pipeline orders and affect immediate sales.
- Create, revise, and maintain aftermarket parts price lists to insure on-going and increasing profitability.
- Examples of item/services sold will be tinting, tires, bed covers/liners, floor mats, and etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Aftermarket Sales Consultant Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to be a self-driven, highly motivated, and competitive team player with the desire to do the best they can, every day.
- Ability to learn necessary computer programs including CDK and Xtime.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive, friendly attitude.
Aftermarket Sales Consultant Education and Experience:
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent. or experience in a high volume, commission based, retail environment.
- Previous parts sales experience, or experience in a high volume, commission based, retail environment, is Required
Aftermarket Sales Consultant Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions, from all seasons.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and Insurance as well as be able to pass a Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Driving Record Check.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
