Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Fargo, ND, has an opening for an Express Lube Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are a very busy dealership with steady workflow, an experienced service team, and a very up-to-date facility.

$48,000 to $80,000 per year...

Hours 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Every other Saturday

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. No Automotive experience necessary! Additionally, we offer the opportunity for very competitive income (base salary plus commission), benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.

Express Lube Service Advisor will receive:

  • 5 day work week with every other weekend

Express Lube Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Schedule customer service appointments
  • Communicating work flow with customers and technicians
  • Greeting customers in a professional manner
  • Accurate write up of customer concerns
  • Convey expect cost and obtaining approval of repairs
  • Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Performing any additional task assigned by management

Express Lube Service Advisor Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive related experience a plus
  • Commitment to being a team player
  • Clean driving record
